Remote Delivery Charges: Deliveries to Northern/Southern Ireland, Isle of Man,
Returns: There is a handling charge of 15% on all returned goods unless delivered faulty or damaged. If goods received are unwanted or have been ordered by mistake, this charge will apply and you will be liable for the cost of returning them back to us.
Returned mannequins must arrive back to us in NEW, unsed condition, with ALL packaging and in original boxes.
To initiate a mannequin return, you must contact us within 3 business days (including the day of receipt) of receiving the mannequins. After that time frame, all sales are final.
Re-delivery Charges – All orders need to be signed for and will not be left unattended at anytime. Parcels will only be left at alternative address if the customer has supplied us with the information at the time of ordering. Please advise us the days you are not there to accept deliveries or there will be re delivery charges applied which is 50% in addition to the standard delivery charge paid. Yorkshire Displays endeavour to dispatch your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by the carriers.
Damages and Shortages – All damages or shortages must be notified within 1 working day of receiving your order.
The company's liability if any (whether in contract or in tort and including any liability involving negligence) shall in no circumstances exceed the price actually received by the company for the goods or services in relation to which such liability shall have arisen provided as follows:
In the case of goods, which are defective or at variance with specification the company may at its option discharge such liability by repairing or replacing the goods free of charge.
The company shall before replacing any goods under 1 above be entitled to the return of the goods, which shall there upon become the property of the company.
The company shall not in any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
The company shall be discharged from all liability in respect of goods, which are defective, or at variance with specification unless written notice (by recorded delivery) of the defect or variance from specification shall be given to the company within 7 days after delivery of the goods to the customer.
we will not repair/replace or refund any second hand goods which or sold via any of our web sites or auctions sites or over the counter,these goods are sold as seen or described and even if damaged by a carrier.
Lien The company shall (without prejudice to any other remedy available to it) have in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer and general lien on all goods or property of the customer in the possession of the company for whatever purpose and whether worked upon or not and shall be entitled on the expiration of not less than 14 days notice in writing to the customer to dispose of such goods or property as the company shall think fit as to apply the proceeds of such disposal in or towards the satisfaction of such debts.
The company may at any time without notice to the customer set off any liability of the customer to the company against any liability of the company to the customer whether the liability of the customer or the company shall be actual or contingent primary or collateral or joint or several and whether expressed as a liability to pay money or a liability to deliver goods or services.

In preparation for your delivery, please ensure you are available
on the date of delivery to accept the goods. Deliveries are made Monday to
Friday and can be anytime from 8am-6pm.
Your telephone contact number has been passed onto the
courier company for them to call you if any problems prior to delivery. Please
make sure you answer the call as they may be struggling to find you.
The drivers are NOT
insured to offload the goods from the vehicle. You MUST make sure there are two strong pairs of hands available to
take the delivery in. They will deliver them as closely and as safely to the
property as possible, depending on the size of the vehicle and the space on the
road at the time.
Please check over the entire contents of the delivery and notify us IMMEDIATELY for damage or shortages. Please also make the driver aware so he can mark the goods as ‘Damaged On Delivery’ Once the driver leaves the delivery address then we cannot hold responsibility for any damages or shortages.
If no one is available to accept the delivery then the goods
will be returned back to the factory and you will be charged for the return and
a further re-delivery charge, if they have to come back on a different day.
These are a special order item so if you change your mind or
no longer need the goods then the cost of return is down to yourself.
If the goods arrive damaged or faulty and we have been notified
this at the time of delivery then we will do our upmost best to resolve this
for you as soon as possible.
